The waters enclosed by a line drawn <br /> from the gest end of the northern 5ide <br /> of the Poonesset Island Bridge in a <br /> northerly direction along the mean high <br /> water mark to the sign on the beach in <br /> fron of 199 Daniels Island Road, then a <br /> line drawn across the water to a sign <br /> placed n the tip of Poonesset <br /> Island, then in a southerly direction <br /> along the mean high water mark to the <br /> east side of the Bridge, then along the <br /> north side of the Bridge to the point <br /> of origin. <br /> These closures would be effective as on sunrise of <br /> November 5,, 19890 <br /> Mr . Carter roved to accept the recommendations o :he <br /> She l l f i h Commission as stated above, Mr. Hanson seconded <br /> the motion. All were in favor. <br /> DISCUSSION F PERSONNEL ISSUES - The Board agreed to <br /> support Mr. Nutting and the Personnel Board in their <br /> efforts to develop rules and regulations relative t <br /> offering benefits to employees who work less than twenty <br /> hours per week. The Personnel Board stated that they would <br /> have Information ready in early December. <br />
