That the management closure area in Popponesset <br /> Bair that extends from the sign on the beach's in <br /> front of 96 Captains Row to the end of the pier <br /> at 126 CaptainsRow up theshy River b re- <br /> opened <br /> e -- <br /> en d to all valid Mashpee Shellfish Permit <br /> holders as of sunrise on Wednesday, November 1 <br /> 1989, TH i s is to coincide with the reopening of <br /> the Mashpee River by the state Division of Marine <br /> Fisheries under seasonal closure number S : . s. <br /> That the Little River and Great River be closed <br /> to the draggTng of scallops as of sunrise on <br /> November 1 , 1989. That these areas remain opera <br /> for the dipnetting of scallops (this is to <br /> protect the seed scallops that will be next <br /> year's crop and is recommended due to the absense <br /> f any amount of adult stock in these areas at <br /> this time) .
