There are enough people with guns and <br /> badgess He has suggested to hold this for further explanation from <br /> Chief Frye, <br /> Discussion reaarding the 1221 Annual Town Meeting Warrant: <br /> Kevin Harrington presented the draft warrant articles for the <br /> Board to review for the May Annual Town Meeting warrant, The arti <br /> s. cl e s <br /> enclosed are in no specific order with the petition articles in the <br /> rear. <br /> Mr. Harrington made note of the Special Town Meeting deadline <br /> articles to expire on March * 1991, He would like to obtain a <br /> decision date from the Board by the end of March. <br /> The Selectmen have a scheduled meeting with the Finance Committee <br /> of budget discussions on Wednesday, FebruarY 79 1991 at 7: 00 p. . <br /> in the Lower conference room* <br /> Selectman Jacobinn stated it is unfortunate the meeting with <br /> the Finance Committee is scheduled at the same time of the regional <br /> policy plan meeting. The dates should have been reviewed before <br /> selection. <br /> Being no further business to discuss the motion was made by <br /> Selectman Lawrence to adjourn the meeting. The Board will go into <br /> Executive Session to discuss an r� rrteuni ipal agreement and ongoing <br /> litigation and investigation. The Board will not be reconvening. <br /> The motion to adjourn was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. The <br /> decision to adjourn is unanimous with the Board.
