Union contracts may also be a problem. <br /> Ms. F om elmeyer discussed this with Dr. DeMoura and he would <br /> consider it a working condition to be negotiated. <br /> Selectman Lawrence Feels it makes sense from a payroll stand- <br /> point. He would like to see if it fits in with ] e union contracts* <br /> Jane Stockbridge suggested to pay one week in advance and have <br /> one week in aears instead of two weeks in aears. The accountant <br /> does not think she would pay in advance. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson for Diane l ommelmeyer <br /> to seek further information of the bi--weekly payroll with the guidance <br /> of Town Counsel, <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Carter. In a letter from the <br /> Brookline Selectmen, they are asking the Town of lashpee to express <br /> their support in their campaign topreserve Local Aid as authorized <br /> and established in Question 5 of the November ballot. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to authorize Kevin <br /> Harrington to report to the Brookline Selectmen and authorize the <br /> Town of Mashpee' s support on the petition. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Lawrence.
