Mro Harrington <br /> made note of the five engineering firs s contacted in the area that <br /> are currently involved with commercial projects in the area to be <br /> a. conflict of interest to the town. <br /> Ir. Harrington will obtain figures from Wesson and Sampson of <br /> their charge on an hourly basis and firms of comparable work. <br /> It is beneficial to have the same company working over the years <br /> to already have some of the necessary information. <br /> Article #15 to reserve $50POOO for the revaluation of propertya <br /> it is recommended to hold this until the Finance Committee has made <br /> their recommendation. <br /> Southport <br /> It was recommended by Doug Boyd to place this on the agenda <br /> for Monday March 259 1991 since Elias McQuade de was uan le to attend <br /> the meeting. Mr. Boyd reports Southport is approximately 0% completed. <br /> waterways Commission Appointments: <br /> The seven member committee is to consist of 2 representatives <br /> from the fresh water, 2 from the salt, 1 from recreational, 1 from <br /> commercial interest and 1 committee member at large. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Lawrence to designate Mrs Fordham <br /> and Mr. Schwartz in the [ a quoit area for salt representation. Mr. Lund <br /> and Mr. Malone for inland waterways of fresh lakes and ponds. Mr. Gordon <br /> to be the member at large, Mr. Grotke of local business to the <br /> commercial interest and Mra Holmier as the recreational representative. <br /> The motion was seconded by SelectmmGottliel . The vote of the <br /> Board is unanimous. <br /> Selectman Lawrence made the motion to appoint Mro Parolski a <br /> an ex-officio member. Selectman Carter seconded the motion. The vote <br /> is favorable 3-1 with Selectman Gottlieb in opposition* <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Lawrence to appoint the Waterway <br /> Commission Members until June 3G, 1991.
