Harrington <br /> Guests: Jim Vaccaro, Betty Jones, Doug Boyd, Ron Bonvie, Paul Ott, <br /> George Costa, Paul Somerville, Tune Rommelmeyero John <br /> Ferriday, Nancy Caffrynt Stephen Greek sh <br /> The Meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Carter at 7a00 P a m <br /> The motion was rade by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the minutes <br /> f March 18p 1991 Regular and Executive Sessions. The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Jacobson, The vote of the Board is unanimous <br /> to approve the past minutes. <br /> AID'S AND HEARINGS <br /> 7: 00 p.m- Southport <br /> Doug Boyd reviewed Southport on this date and discussed it' s concerns <br /> ith the Selectmen. Ir. onvie is in compliance and has been informed <br /> the Board of Health- and Building Inspector will revisit the site <br /> periodically to ensure the requirements are ret* <br /> The dumpsters have been emptied. One closeable durpster will <br /> remain for household trash to be emptied on a weekly basis, The open <br /> top trailer dpster has been removed from the site, The windblown <br /> litter and areas around existifig dumpster have been cleaned of debris, <br /> All building debris and non-useable building material has been <br /> removed from the site. What remains states Mr. Boyd is material to <br /> be used for concrete forms which poses no hazard to the area. <br /> Plywood has been used at the entrances of the outwardly completed <br /> units and treatment plant building. Keep out and no tresspassing signs <br /> have been posted. Units whose outsides have not been completed are <br /> also secured with plywood, taped and posted with keep out signs. <br /> The pool has been fenced in with metal snow fencing consisting <br /> mainly of wire mesh with strapping which is adequate for a pool under <br /> construction. With the pool completion, the required five foot fence <br /> will be installed, <br /> Selectman Jacobson is concerned that weekly arrangements will be <br /> made to empty the dumpster.. To the best of Mr. Boyd' s knowledge, the <br /> above work is in compliance with the Board of Health. <br /> Selectman Jacobson also asked of the status of the land donation? <br /> Mr. Bonvie states a .letter of abutters has been forwarded to RTC and <br /> he hopes to hear* from them soon. The deed is under the mortgage of <br /> Resolution Trust and the lana is encumbered from a bank stand point. <br /> The deed has been under the mortgage since the day of the agreement. <br /> The two cars have been removed from the site, A. true remains <br /> that is not registered and used for form work. This vehicle is moved, <br /> from site to site--as needed for it' s specific work, This is not in <br /> violation since there is still use for the truck. <br />
