Harrington Guests: Jim Vaccaro, Betty Jones, Doug Boyd, Ron Bonvie, Paul Ott, George Costa, Paul Somerville, Tune Rommelmeyero John Ferriday, Nancy Caffrynt Stephen Greek sh The Meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Carter at 7a00 P a m The motion was rade by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the minutes f March 18p 1991 Regular and Executive Sessions. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson, The vote of the Board is unanimous to approve the past minutes. AID'S AND HEARINGS 7: 00 p.m- Southport Doug Boyd reviewed Southport on this date and discussed it' s concerns ith the Selectmen. Ir. onvie is in compliance and has been informed the Board of Health- and Building Inspector will revisit the site periodically to ensure the requirements are ret* The dumpsters have been emptied. One closeable durpster will remain for household trash to be emptied on a weekly basis, The open top trailer dpster has been removed from the site, The windblown litter and areas around existifig dumpster have been cleaned of debris, All building debris and non-useable building material has been removed from the site. What remains states Mr. Boyd is material to be used for concrete forms which poses no hazard to the area. Plywood has been used at the entrances of the outwardly completed units and treatment plant building. Keep out and no tresspassing signs have been posted. Units whose outsides have not been completed are also secured with plywood, taped and posted with keep out signs. The pool has been fenced in with metal snow fencing consisting mainly of wire mesh with strapping which is adequate for a pool under construction. With the pool completion, the required five foot fence will be installed, Selectman Jacobson is concerned that weekly arrangements will be made to empty the dumpster.. To the best of Mr. Boyd' s knowledge, the above work is in compliance with the Board of Health. Selectman Jacobson also asked of the status of the land donation? Mr. Bonvie states a .letter of abutters has been forwarded to RTC and he hopes to hear* from them soon. The deed is under the mortgage of Resolution Trust and the lana is encumbered from a bank stand point. The deed has been under the mortgage since the day of the agreement. The two cars have been removed from the site, A. true remains that is not registered and used for form work. This vehicle is moved, from site to site--as needed for it' s specific work, This is not in violation since there is still use for the truck.
