He will <br /> also review Mr. Fuda.l.a.' s final report, <br /> Mr. Fox has suggested a. hpee send a letter to the Commission <br /> expressing it' s concerns. <br /> Selectman Caffyn asked if the consideration is for a. model or pilot <br /> town? NEW BUSINESS <br /> Tersonnel Ap ointments: <br /> The.r,tmotion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the appointments <br /> of Carl DeLorme and Alain logua.ca.s probationary First year Regular Police <br /> Officers,, <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. The vote of the Board <br /> is unanimous. The vote is 5-0. <br /> Appointment of <br /> Ralp4 <br /> w J. <br /> _Perm � s Constable . <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to appoint Ralph J. Perry <br /> as Constable. <br /> Selectman Lawrence asks why appoint a Constable who lives outside <br /> of Mashpee' shy not turn to a Mashpee Constable to serve the papers` <br /> Mr. Perry informed the Board that many Falmouth residents have moved <br /> to Mashpee. He has collected many delinquent debts and is experienced <br /> in the field. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Lawrence not to appoint Mr. Ralph <br /> J. Perry as Constable in Mashpee. <br /> Selectman Hanson asks Chief Frye how many Constables are in Mashpee? <br /> Chief Frye replys there are five or six Constables. No one to date has <br /> taken complaints s in Town <br /> Selectman Caffyn suggests to have someone to collect for Mashpee. <br /> The motion wasi--made by Selectman Gottlieb to appoint lir. Ralph. Perm <br /> s Constable in Mashpee. The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> The vote of the Board is favorable.
