Austin she would like the license available seven nights of <br /> the week, but most likely there will be music one to two nights live <br /> with the option to have live music for a wedding or banquet. A fill <br /> menu will also be served, <br /> Selectman Hanson made note the license would be issued for the <br /> remainder of the year with renewal in December if approved by the <br /> Board. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman o ttl.i eb to approve the license <br /> request of Donna Austin d/b/a Saddleback Country Lounge and Restaurant <br /> contingent upon the demonstration of the lease agreement, bringing <br /> the septic system to compliance with title five standards, that there <br /> is no special appeal for the special permit and to incorporate the <br /> requirements the Design Review Committee places on the applicant. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn, The vote is unanimous. <br /> The vote is 4-0 with Selectman a,n awrence stepped don for this issue, <br /> 7: 25 P.m. D IAI Director VacgDc, <br /> Mr. Darrington has asked the Board' s permission to advertise <br /> i to fill the position of DP,17 Director on a permanent basis, fir. Errol <br /> Hicks is currently holding this position on an interim basis, <br /> Mr. Harrington has preference for the applicant to have a civil <br /> engineering background, The p st ,g..-will-l.,bei-si aul.taneou°s. ,in and out <br /> of house. It is noted there are no requirements of PAP for in house, <br /> Selectman. Hanson asks if the job description can be clarified. <br /> It is vague as to the 300 extra winter hours in the job description. <br /> The motion was made by' Selectman Gottlieb to authorize the posting <br /> of the Dom` position, selectman Lawrence seconded the motion. The <br /> vote of the Board is u anis ous. The vote is 5-0i <br /> Beachgyerations: <br /> Selectman Jacobson made note the beach and landfill stickers are <br /> available on sale today. She advises the enforcement of beach sticker <br /> violation will begin on opening day on Saturday, Tune 29, 1991.. <br /> The hours of operation ; i ll be � a.m. t : o <br /> p.m. Ga,tes will <br /> close at 9.: 00 p.m. and open at a ,m. with the exception of South <br /> Cape Beach. <br /> An after hours parking permit will be issued by the Police Depart- <br /> ment for after hours fishing, The fee for a. resident is $5/year.
