Board t <br /> -sign the letter. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Gaff n. The vote of the <br /> Board is unanimous. The vote is 5-0. <br /> Tony Fiorentini asked if the public comment period was a spontaneous <br /> discussion or an agenda, item? He was informed by Selectman Jacobson <br /> to follow the sane process to be on the agenda, If there is a small <br /> question it will be open to the public for comments, If it is necessary <br /> to go further, we will 0 <br /> 7 <br /> l p.me Department eve <br /> A recent article in the Enterprise suggested the firm of Michael <br /> C iccoria CEPA had been fired from the To#im of Bourne for errors made <br /> in 1986. <br /> Kevin Harrington spoke with hien today, He feels there is nothing <br /> to proclde him from a thourough and professional review. He will <br /> appear before the Board if requested. There are no problems 'n re- <br /> affirming his recommendation of Wir. C iccoria ' firm to conduct the audit. <br /> It may be helpful since it was a. newspaper article for further work <br /> to continue on his recommendations states Mr. Harrington. <br /> Selectman Caffyn made note that it is not a. fixed figure, but an <br /> actual hourly rate of 60/hour to perform the audit. Austin were present <br /> for the discussion of the application for an all alcoholic beverage <br /> license of the Saddleback Country Lounge and Restaurant vhi h is the <br /> former Ma Cll.ockners Restaurant on Rte, 130, <br /> Attorney Kirrane gave the Board a. copy of the decision noted by <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals for this facility it to run on a special permit. <br /> This has been filed with the Town Clerk. <br /> It was noted by Attorney Kirrane the restaurant has been vacant <br /> for some time, There are no ' major renovations Planned for the facility <br /> but to improve and upgrade. ,As requested by the Zoning Board of Appeals, <br /> the septic system will be brought to code of the title five regulations. <br /> Mr. Kirrane also noted there is a flower shop in the facility. <br /> The Design Review Committee has requested to improve the access egress <br /> of the site. This would include a split rail fence for a. specific <br /> ent ,rance and exit to enhance the overall safety aspects of the property. <br /> A new landscape will beincluded to enhance the font of the property <br /> and screen the parking area. <br /> Ms. Austin currently ons and operates the Dennis Room,, She has <br /> had the restaurant since 1990 without incident of her license states <br /> Attorney irrae. <br /> The location is in a commercially zoned district and would generate <br /> some needed tax revenue states Mr. Kirrane, <br />
