i <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 9 <br /> MINUTES <br /> MONDAY JULY l, 1991 <br /> Review of Reclassification of Assistant Assessor: <br /> The two issues of discussion involve the step increase of which <br /> the Board brought attention to states Selectman Gottlieb and the <br /> second issue is the differential. <br /> Under the PAP the differential is paid under certain circum- <br /> stances. <br /> ircum- <br /> stace . The Town recognized this to note the increase is not <br /> there* Selectman Gottlieb has suggested under the system as its <br /> set up, the differential work although he agrees our own personnel <br /> structure doesn' t make alot of sense, <br /> The differential part is correct states Selectman Gottli.e . <br /> She is entitled under PAP to obtain the differential. As to the <br /> step, the Board should show' their authority to make the decision <br /> over the Personnel Board, <br /> Selectman C of fyn asks of the pay differential? It was replied <br /> Mro Harrington to e $142. , <br /> � approximate <br /> Adjournments <br /> Being no further business to discuss in Regular Session the <br /> motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to adjourn the Meeting at <br /> 59 p.m. The Board will go into Executive Session to discuss <br /> Personnel Grievance and Litigation. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn.
