She asks to review his <br /> appointment for 1992. <br /> Review of Reclassification of Assistant Assessor: <br /> Ir. Harrington has reviewed the reclassification of Assistant <br /> Assessor with Personnel. The issue has not been resolved concerning <br /> the placement of the step. <br /> The Personnel Board has recommended Step 2 of Grade 11. Mr. <br /> Harr in t n feels it may be more appropriate to recommend Step 1 <br /> although he has not compared thew.-..;,numbers, The grade level s correct, <br /> Selectman Caffyn asks for father information and of a bonus <br /> since the Board is to sign the approval tonight. <br /> The Personnel Board has agreed to a differential. They feel <br /> it is necessary to include the interim period as well as the 30 day <br /> compensation. <br /> The Accountant has a different interpretation and has recommended <br /> not to pay the interims period. <br /> Selectman Caffyn is concerned as to why this was not brought to <br /> the Board' s attention "prior to approval since it is a specific amount <br /> -_o f" money. If the Personnel Board votes to approve a certain amount <br /> of money it should then, go the 'the Selectmen for their approval. <br /> Mr. Harrington agrees and hopes with the reorganization this will <br /> not happen again..
