All discussions are in the preliminary stages and there is no further information to report to the Board. He suggests the Advisory Committee take part in the discussion and return to the Board with their recommendations. It was suggested for Kevin Harrington to update the Board on the possible development and communicate with the south Cape Beach Advisory Committee S It is the consensus of the Board to continue on schedule with the meeting f July 29, 1991 as policy discussions with the Board of i Selectmen as previously agreed upon,, 7:56 p.m* Approval and Execution of water Distract Agreement: Ms. Mason made note Town Counsels Kevin Harrington and- the Water District are in agreement with the proposed changes in the intermunicipal agreements The motion was made by Sel.ectman Gottlieb to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement between the 'down and Water; District as presented. The motion was seconded by Selectman Hanson. The vote is unanimous 3-o. Selectman Caffyn has abstained from voting on this issue, 0 Selectman Hansonmmade note it should be made clear to the public _ the Water Dist ict owns Highwood Water Co,, Selectman Jacobson also expressed the need ddr people to attend the Water District Meeting. NEW BUSINESS : L' U the Historical Commission: It was noted Selectman Jacobson will be the lia.son to the Historical Commissiono Senior Center Update.
