Select- man Jacobson asked if the Board of Assessors have seen the memo from the Town Accountant of this subject of concern? The reply from Mr. Greig is yes. Selectman Jacobson is concerned and in full support to reposition the 6 MPH sign, The motion was rade by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the request f Lois Petrick to place the 6 MPHf t'rIng silgp} further away from shore. Mr. Greig noted the Assessors will review the 900 abatements after the ATB cases., lie would not like to utilize any of the funds set aside for 91 until they are through. The Assessors are hesitant to determine a projection at this time to the Board. They have not determined how many have gore through or the percentage they are granting at this time, All cases are individual so it '.s difficult to make judgement. Selectman Gottlieb asks the Board of Assessors to give the Board some historical information of the requests or denials in one t two weeks. David Bailey asks what the Board is trying to determine? He was informed by Selectman Lawrence the Board is trying to determine our liability prior to setting the FY 92 tax rate. logical way to raise money states Mr. Bailey is to use FY 91 funds to cover FY 90 def ic .ts transferred at the fall.
