Al Polsi <br /> The Meeting was Called to -Order by Chairman Jacobson at 7: o4 p,,m. <br /> Road Taking: _John' s Pond Estates <br /> Selectman Jacobson reports all paperwork is in order for the <br /> Order of Taking and Notice of Betterments relative to John' s Pond <br /> Estates as approved by Town Counsel. <br /> The m ti n was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve and execute <br /> the Order of Taking and Order of Assessment for Betterments acting <br /> under Article 21 of the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting on May 6, 1991 <br /> for the purpose of accepting Doge Lane, Florence Avenue, James Circle, <br /> Jeanne Avenue, Owl Lane, Pond Circle, Robin. Lane, Sunsel Circle and <br /> Terry Avenue. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Lawrence. The vote is <br /> unanimous. The vote is -o. <br /> Road Taking:, Donna' s Lane: <br /> Selectman- Caffyn -asked of the responsibility and liability to the <br /> 'down with blocking an entrance to the Flea Market and if the Tovm is <br /> required to have an appraisal and file? If so, what is the approximate <br /> cost? <br /> The immediate pl.an.s are to block the area for liability -purposes <br /> states Mr. Harrington. Money is set aside for improvement,ent, Appro - <br /> ima.tel $10-11, 000 is set aside for FY 92 to upgrade the road to be- <br /> come passable, make the road wider and use as a bypass to the rotary. <br /> At this time, if approved, all we will do is take it and block it off. <br /> The approximate cost of the appraisal is $300, <br /> Town Counsel informed the Board the Bank of New England is in <br /> the process of foreclosing.
