BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 11 <br /> MINUTES <br /> • MONDAY , AUGUST 5, 1991 -- -' -' <br /> Letter of Resignation from Duncan York from the Conservation <br /> Commission: <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the resigna- <br /> tion of Duncan York from the Conservation Commission. The motion <br /> was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. The vote of the Board is unanimous. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb has recommended to post the vacancies of <br /> the two named resignations from� he Arts Lottery Council and Conserva- <br /> tion Commission. <br /> Selectman Jacobson has recommended to send a letter of thanks <br /> to those involved. <br /> Great Oak Road Status U date: <br /> Selectman Caffyn asked of the status update of Great Oak Road? <br /> She was informed by Mr. Harrington that he has talked with <br /> Tom Cahir on this subject recently. It is supported and committed <br /> in the House Ways and Means, they are currently looking for a vehicle <br /> for funding. <br /> Selectman Caffyn suggests the Board reci'eve=notice of status <br /> concerns. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Being-cmo further business for discussion, the motion was made <br /> by Selectman Jacobson to adjourn the Meeting at 9: 56 p.m. The motion <br /> was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. The vote of the Board is uanimous. <br /> The vote is 4-0. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session to discuss Litigation <br /> involving the Town and not be reconvening.
