It was the sub-committee that lobbied heavily .for Wright Pierce. The motion was made . y Selectman . a.ffyn for the Board of Selectmen to refer this back 'to the sub-committee and request o have a joint meeting with the Board of selectmen from Sandwich. The motion was seconded by Selectman Lawrence. The vote of the- Board is unanimous The vote i s 4-0. 8: 15 p.m. Selectman Lawrence has left the meeting. Selectman Gottlieb has arrived for the .meeting. Request for Executive Session Minutes: Mr. Harrington made note of a letter dated. August 13, 1991 from the Enterprise requesting the release of Executive Session minutes dated April 30, June 1 , and July 1, 1991. Also requested by the Enterprise is a copy -of the letter relative to the Ke ter property to the 'down 'from Field' s Point and the l tier . of MaY3, 1991 relative to this matter from Town Counsel. A ,copy of the .duly 15, 1987 memorandum to the l ashpee Selectmen from Field' s Point relative to the High Wood Water Company is also requested, The appropriate statute for guidance is referred to under Chapter 39, Section 23B informs Town -Counsel, A governmental body shall maintain accurate records of it' s meetings including the date, time, place, members present or absent and a.ct�,on taken place.
