The motion was seconded b Selectman Jacobson. <br /> The vote of the Board is unanimous. The vote is 4-0* <br /> Accept ,nce of Bid for Recreation.tion B ildin : <br /> Mr. Harrington informed the Board there was one bidder to <br /> lease the recreation Building on Fite. 130. The bid is from the <br /> current Child Development Club of Mashpee to continue to run its <br /> day care program. <br /> Mr. Harrington has met with the l ea.see l s. It will be the same <br /> i <br /> contract terms and conditions with an increase of $50. 00 per year. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman C a.ff n to approve the Bid <br /> for the Recreation Building for the Mashpee Child Development Club, <br /> The motion was secnded by Selectman Lawrence. The vote of the Board <br /> is unanimous. The vote i -o. <br /> Assessor' s Office Hours: <br /> Mr. Harrington informed the Board of his concern with the closing <br /> of the Assessors Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to the public , <br /> He recommends the Board draft a. letter asking the Assessor' s Office <br /> . o reconsider the closing of the 'office to the public, <br /> Selectman Jacobson has reoom ended to move forward with the <br /> clerical help for the office, Legal posting is required whether it <br /> be internal or external reports Mr. Harrington, <br /> Selectman Jacobsen suggests to place it as an agenda item next <br /> week. <br /> Selectman Ca.ffyn feels the Assessor' s Office is using their west <br /> judgement. If they cannot handle the work "load, we should staff. <br /> i <br /> Selectman Lawrence thinks it is appropriate to send a letter <br /> to the Board of Assessors Office of the Selectmen' s concern of the <br /> closing for two days. <br /> i <br /> -There is no motion on the floor so there will b6 no letter seat <br /> to the Assessors. <br /> Base Clean1up Information Committee. <br /> Selectman Cafflyn noted the Committee Members bers to consist of the <br /> following representation; Selectman: Nancy J. Caff n, Board of Health: <br /> George Costa, Health Agent; Elias McQuaid, Administrator: Kevin J. <br /> Harrington, Water District: to be decided upon by the Water Commissioners, <br /> Town Counsel: Attorney Joe ph J.
