There <br /> are two unpaid bills - that she is aware of. The $190. 62 for gas expenses <br /> and $187. 79 to Mike' s Service Station which brings a total of $378.41 <br /> to <br /> the Harbormaster total of unpaid bills. This is also to include the <br /> $1, 000 for veteran' s Services. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Hanson to include Article 8. in <br /> the Warrant. The motion was seconded by Selectman Lawrence. The vote <br /> is favorable. The vote is 3- . Selectman Caffyn abstained from voting <br /> on this issue. <br /> Article 9: This article will. amend some of the bounds* e s to include <br /> the Highwood wells and to eliminate an area, in Town that was under the <br /> _ground water protection z,one. This is not a viable water source states <br /> s. Mills. <br /> Selectman Cafflyn asks if one bylaw should be set up that pertains <br /> to the whole Town for water protection?
