The contract for the Federation pertaining to the ramp <br /> regulations is Memorial oria.l Day to Labor Day. <br /> Selectman Hanson suggests the Bass Federation address the problems <br /> in w .it -g , to the Board of Selectmen and note the areas of harassment <br /> so the Board may address this correctly., <br /> The pond is in access of Soo acres so there is state enforcement, <br /> but it is not done on a regular basis. Past legislation has allowed <br /> local officials to govern states lir. Cahir. Webster Lake is one that <br /> is treated as less than Soo acres. He will review this further, <br /> Mr. Reardon also noted that Mashpee/Wakeby encompasses the Town <br /> of l ashpee' as well as the Town of Sandwich so it may be difficult for <br /> two t oven t s to govern. <br />
