Mederios with the Military Bass Federation noted <br /> that lir. McGonagle' s property is off limits to their federation. He <br /> also informed the -Board that their bylaws parallel with the Mass Bass <br /> Federation, The ramp is put back in better shape than it is found. <br /> 7:45 P.m. Scallop Re la.tions and Shellfish Closure ex in <br /> There are no changes in the Scallop Regulations reports Mr. <br /> Somerville. Last year' s regulations are still in effect. The regulations <br /> provide for then to be adopted every ear. <br /> Scallop season opens at sunrise on -October 1, 1991, Mr. Somerville <br /> reports it will be a, bad year due to the hurricane, <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Manson to approve the Scallop <br /> Regulations for 1991 for the 1991 scallop season. The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Ca.ff'yn. The vote of the Board is unanimous. <br /> The vote is 3-06 <br /> As of sunrise, October 1, 1991, Mr, Somerville reports certain <br /> areas of the Town will ber. l sed to the taking of sof shell clams until <br /> further notice. lir. Somerville has recommended to protect the majority <br /> of seed shellfish for future harvest. <br /> The areas will be marked with stakes and sig-page closed to shell <br /> claming, These areas includeMitchell" s.
