i <br /> I <br />! 4 <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br /> MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, NOVEMBER , 1991 <br /> Discussion Relative to Harbormaster Appointment <br /> Mr. Halpern noted that Mr. Benway has left hien the keys . A <br /> a voluntary assistant harbormaster he is willing to fulfill the <br /> Harbormaster ' s position until the appointment has been made. <br /> With the boats out of the water, Selectman Jacobson recommends <br /> the keys to be returned to the Selectmen ' s Office . <br /> Mr. Halpern suggested the keys be left at the Police Department <br /> in the event of an emergency situation. Mr. Harrington will rake <br /> the detfr ination states Selects an -Jacobson. <br /> p.m. Selectman Lawrence left the Meeting. <br /> Bwdoin load Betterment A ortionment <br /> At the last Meeting of the Board informs Counsel , 'the Selectmen <br /> voted to apportion the betterment into fourteen equal shares . Attorney <br /> Reardon has talked with David -Bailey of this concern. <br /> Mr. Bailey has indicated an equal decision is not appropriate. <br /> Two of the units , number 13 and 14 are owned at a different fractional <br /> percentage than the other twelve. <br /> p.m. Selectman Lawrence has arrived to the Meeting. <br /> Town Counsel has recommended to hold for one week before the <br /> Board votes. Under the general law, notice is to be given to the <br /> owners seven days before the application is done. <br /> Lyn Traudt has indicated that one of the thirteen units has <br /> been sold informs Counsel . <br /> Selectman Jacobsonsuggests to give notice to the owners tom- <br /> orrow so the Board may vote on Tuesday, <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> i <br /> Execution of guitclziim Deed re: Lot 246 Wilsons Grove. <br /> ` The motion was made by Selectman Lawrence to execute the Quit- <br />' claim Deed from the Town of Mashpee to Domenic F. Bantuoe i o and <br /> Albert C. Riddick. The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. The <br /> vote is unanimous . The vote is - . Selectman Jacobson abstained <br /> from voting on this issue. <br /> Application for a one DAy Liquo License: <br /> The motion was rade by Selectman Lawrence to approve the one <br /> day liquor license to Cefalo ' s Cafe on December 7, 1991 for - an after <br /> the election get together . The notion was seconded by Selectman Caffy . <br /> The vote of the Board is unanimous . The vote i - . <br /> Adjournment : <br /> Being no further business to discuss , the motion was made by <br /> Selectman Lawrence to adjourn the Meeting at p.m. to discuss <br /> pending litigation in Executive Session.
