He will review for clarification. <br /> Selectman Jacobson has recommended a moritorium be rade on any <br /> new mooring5until the Board of Selectmen and Harbormaster complete <br /> a master plan. Selectman Caffyn informed. the Burd that Attorney Reardon ' s fees <br /> are currently $51 ,000 plus . He is earning over 2/ rd ' s last years <br /> fee at this point, His rate last year was $75 ,000 . She has suggested <br /> to view all .attorney fees including the school to try to obtain a <br /> savings . <br /> Some of the $51 , 000 to be returned include $12 , 500 of John ' s Pond <br /> Road betterments and $6,000 in engineering costs from Donna ' s Lame <br /> in the encumbrance fund reports Selectman Jacobson. <br /> Water District Agreement with National Guard Bureau: <br /> Selectmar} Jacobson noted the agreement has been signed by the Board <br /> of Selectmen and is now in the hands of the Nater District for their <br /> appropriate signature . <br />
