The vote of the Board i unanimous . The vote is 3- . PUBLIC DISCUSSION: None at this time. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY WEEKLY REPORT Mr . Harrington relates he is still in the process of meeting with the Department Heads relative to the FY 93 budget . He will submit balanced budget to the Board on Monday, February 3 , 1992 , With reference to the health care program, the Cape Cod Municipal. Health Group is seeping to provide a managed health care program (HMO) to it ' s employee ' s by July lst reports Mr. Harrington. It As the individual town ' s choice to participate or not in providing the HMO to employee ' s . Finalization should be made on January 29th indicate Mr. Harrington, Pilgrim Health Care .is the selected company since Blue Cross and Blue shield did not supply sufficient data . The rates are 1 less with the Pilgrim managed care option than the indemnity program offered by Blue Cross and Blue shield, Based onr-pas history, Mr. Harrington had projected a 12- 1 in- Crease and i pleased to report there will not be a rate increase in FY 93 for Blue Cross and Blue shield ' s indemnity program. This will give a projected $150-160f000 sav ings to the Town. Finalization has been made with the Veteran ' s Service budget reports Mr. Harring-ton. We were able to reduce the budget by $400 due to the savings described in the health Care. The Veteran ' s District is Composed of Cape town ' s to include Mashpee, Barnstable, Brewster, Orleans , Yarmouth, Dennis and Bourne: The member- shiP into the District is $13 , 600.
