BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 5 <br /> MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, MARCH 9 , 1992 <br /> Donna ! s Lane : <br /> Selectman Caffyn recommends Mr. Taylor to review the layout with <br /> the engineer to make certain all is aligned and that it is an accurate <br /> road bed . She suggests to obtain input from Tom Fudala . <br /> Mr. Taylor will contact the engineer to see if the plan accurately <br /> depicts the road and septic system. <br /> When the road is paved and if it does not pass over the sept-i.c <br /> system, the Board canvote to grant airrevocable license to maintain <br /> a septic system of license until Town Meet-ing-ca-n-take-appropriate action <br /> relates Counsel . <br /> *This discussion is scheduled for Monday, March 16, 1992 at 6 : 30 p.m. <br /> 9 : 16 p.m. Communication from the Board of Health re : Material Recovery <br /> Facility Town Meeting Article : <br /> Stephen Greelish has recommended both board ' s and representatives <br /> meet to give a unified recommendation to the townspeople in regards to <br /> this concern. <br /> Mr. Greelish would like to -,see a private enterprise handle the <br /> Material Recovery Facility since the favored plan is to place the center <br /> adjacent to the Transfer Station. <br /> , *Selectman Vaccaro has recommended the Board discuss this jointly <br /> with the Board of Health and the end of this month of the beginning of <br /> April . <br /> • FEMA: <br /> Regarding the discussion at the landfill , Mr. Greelish relates that <br /> Elias is putting together bids to chip and to store on site. There are <br /> ramifications with storage. If money becomes a problem, burning the <br /> debris will be a consideration. <br /> Adjournment : <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to adjourn at 9 : 23 p.m. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Selectman Jacobson polled the Board. The decision is unanimous to <br /> enter into Executive Session at this time to discuss Investigative <br /> Charges of Criminal Misconduct and the Evaluation of the Executive Sec- <br /> retary.
