Selectman Mills, <br /> Selectman Vaccaro, Patrick Coffey and Tony Ferragamo are in <br /> favor. VOTE: 4-3 . <br /> 7 <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Joe <br /> DiMaggio for the two year unexpired term as Planning Board <br /> Member. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. Selectman <br /> Caffyn, Selectman Jacobson and Selectman Lawrence are in favor. <br /> ****Charles Jacobs has been selected to fill the vacancy of the <br /> Planning Board for a two year unexpired term indicates Selectman <br /> Jacobson. The joint vote was 4-3 . <br /> Selectman Mills noted that the candidates appointed tonight <br /> will not appear on the ballot as incumbents . <br /> Town Counsel advised for Joan Avant Tavares and Charles <br /> Jacobs to see the Town Clerk. <br /> 8 : 50 p.m. Susan Butler re : School Building Committee Vacancy: <br /> • Susan Butler was present to discuss her application for <br /> membership to the School Building Needs Committee. She has been <br /> involved in many levels of education since 1965 and is strongly <br /> committed to Mashpee and its education. <br /> Mrs. Butler has been a year round resident of Mashpee since <br /> 1979 and would like to offer her service to the community. <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to appoint Susan <br /> Butler to the School Building Committee. The motion was seconded <br /> by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane re: Charles Talanian: <br /> Attorney Kirrane was present to request a license from the <br /> Selectmen so Mr. Talanian ' s business can continue for the present <br /> season. Long range plans include the relocation of the mini <br /> golfcourse. <br /> The taking of Donna ' s Lane encroaches Mr. Talanian ' s <br /> business indicates Attorney Kirrane. The Board of Appeals voted <br /> to extend the flea market permit and decisions have to be made <br /> with reference to this decision. There is a twenty day appeal <br /> period. <br /> Mr. Talanian is attempting to move forward and would like to <br /> know if it is conceivable to do business this coming <br /> season. Mr. Talanian will have a proposed draft agreement on or <br /> before April2 , 1992 relates Attorney Kirrane. <br />
