Harrington Town Counsel Joseph J, Rearden Absent : Selectman Jacobson, Selectman Lawrence Guests : Ben Gordon, George Baker, Carl Heller, Paul Ott, Deidre Greelish, Denise Sullivanr Stephen Creelish, Greg Taylor, Rd Baler, Deputy Baker Meeting Called to Order by Vice-Chairman a f fern at 7:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 23, 199 Selectman Mills asked that the Minutes be amended to reflect on page one under Search Committee Meeting: second paragraph to delete the Search Committee desires to interview. The word confidentialness is noted to be in Webster ' s Dictionary for clarification. In the sixth paragraph to insert the word b in the last sentence to read - The tite frame is by May 1, 1992 . Page four under Public Discussion - second paragraph delete .i the word tax and insert insurance. The number of accidents per town determine the insurance rate. Page ten second to last paragraph to delete the word Planning Board and insert the Zoning Board of Appeals . The kmotl n was Made by Selectman Mills to appoint John J, Friel as a Regular Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. On page two , Selectman Caffyn recommends to insert the word t in place of the word to. Selectman Lawrence has arrived at the Meeting. Page nine under . Communication and Correspondence - third paragraph - delete the word of nd is to to read: It is not fret }mown who will absorb the cost of the three water samples . The Board is in agreement to bola the acceptance of the Regular Session until the tape has been reviewed for further clarification of page six and seven under Planning Board Candidates . The Executive Session minutes of March 23 , 1992 will be amended and approved in Executive Session . Review of tape dated 3/23/92 : To insert on page six under Planning Board Candidates - S. Joseph DiMaggio - After the last sentence in the second paragraph to add; Selectman Mills asked Mr. DiMaggio if he had a license to show -his -address in Mashpee other than his place of business? The reply from Mr, , DiMaggio was that his business location is his present address . All nail he receives is delivered to that address and he sleeps quite often at his place of business. For eighteen gears his drivers license has given his Mashpee address , He votes in Ma tepee and does not receive mail or vote in the town of Sagamore. On page seven under Planning Board Candidates : To appear as the first paragraph; Selectman dills indicates the appointments will be filled until the May election. i
