She <br /> relates there should be clarification before the election as to <br /> the direction of the Board of Selectmen. Mixed messages are <br /> transmitted, to the public as to the decreasing responsibilities <br /> f the Executive Secretary. She indicates there are bylaws to <br /> adhere to. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicated that there is no final determination <br /> of - the proposed bylaw change. The article was placed -prior to the <br /> closing of the Town Meeting Warrant. Future discussion will determine <br /> }pow the bylaw is to read. <br /> 4 <br /> x <br />
