Of the seventy letters that were sent to the <br /> island residents requesting support of the voluntary assessment <br /> to the bridge, twenty-five responded in support, <br /> Peninsula Council has decided to withdraw the proposal t <br /> coordinate efforts with the- bridge due to the lack of support. <br /> Mr. Gordon noted that a letter was seat to the island residents <br /> from Paul. Finn asking them to ignore this request. <br /> Mr. Gordon asks the Board to request all Town Committee ' s <br /> and voluntary groups to hold a public comment period * Selectman <br /> Caffyn indicates that this is a good idea to establish. <br /> With concerns to the Popponesset Island bridge, Ms. Simmons <br /> relates that illegal work has been done on the bridge. The <br /> Conservation Commission is trying to investigate this natter. <br /> Mrs . Greelish has indicated that she has the disc working <br /> for the moorings. She asks which data base should be used on the <br /> computer? Selectman Vaccaro will get back to her on this and <br /> thanks her for her efforts.' <br /> CDD BUSINESS: <br /> F' 3 Manned Health Care D tion <br /> Mr. Harrington requests the hoard vote to allow a managed <br />'. health care option to be introduced to employees effective July <br /> 1, 1992 . Selectman <br /> Mills has withdrawn her motion. <br /> ***The Motion was made by Selectman Dills to endorse the <br /> concept of providing an HMO to employee ' s e-ffective July 1 , <br /> 1992 .
