MINUTES MONDAY, MARCH -r 1992 Meeting reconvened : 9 :04 p.m. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY WEEKLY REPORT, I With regards to shared resources with the Town of Sandwich, we will be collaborating efforts in FY94 indicates Mr. Harrington. Jack Shepard will be here next Thursday to review priority areas in Town. Selectman dills will also meet with Mr. Shepard for this review* The vehicle Policy and Flea Market/Bazaar Guidelines will be available for the Board to review next week. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE A letter was received from David Ryan indicating there will 1 be two fishing tournaments this, year with Cape Cod Bass. He i also pleased to report the club worked with Errol Hicks to remove litter, debris and dead trees along the Mashpee River. A great�� blue heron was sawed from throat blockage. A letter of thanks should be sent to Mr. Dicks and the Cape Cod Bass Association indicates Selectman Caffyn. r A letter was receive d from Peter Connolly Lt, Colonel indica t ing a presentation was made regarding propellant bag burning. It reveals there is no scientific evidence that propellant bag burning increases the risk of cancer. This will be explored further relates Selectman Caf yn in future meetings with the EPA and DPA as comments relate the investigators used an unconventional method to determine the study. A joint meeting is scheduled for Wednesday. April 1p 1992 with the Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee.
