a , d BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page MINUTES MONDAY, MARCH 30t 1992 -evin irr : Attorney Kirrane relates that the intent of Mr. Talanian i to relocate the mini golf. His primary concern is to get on with the planning process as it gelates to relocation and continue his business this season at its present location. If it is necessary, there is a possibility to install added fencing indicates Mr. Kirrane. ****The snotion was rade by Selectman Vaccaro to grant a revocable license to Mr. Charles Talanian or his designee to maintain a fence and a portion of the mini golf course on that part of the Town layout of Donna ' s Lane as shown on the sketch plan prepared by the DPW. Subject to the following terms; 1 . The Town may terminate the license upon 90 days prior notice in the event the Town requires the use of the land for roadway, bike path or sidewalk purposes or for any other public purpose as determined by the Board of Selectmen. i 2 . The licensee executes a written indemnification agreement to save the Town harmless from any liability because o licensee ' s use of Town land, 3 . The licensee agrees to carry liability insurance of at:, .least $500 ,000 ..00 with the Town named as a loss payee to insure Town for loss by use by licensee of Town ' s land or caused by operation of mini golf course or maintenance of fence. The motion has been amended to include the grant of a 'evocable license to Chatal Realty Trust; Charles M. Talanian trustee . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: ' Unanimous . - .
