He indicates that he has served on the Framingham ZBS for twelve gears as a full member. He has lived in Maehpee for twelve years. Selectman Mills asks how Mr. Mindick sees the role of a ZBA member since problems can arise to advocate for the applicant or the abutter. Each case would stand on its own merit responds f Mr. Mimick. As a ZBA member , you can ' t take an individual position on your -particular views. He indicates the taxes owed to the Town of Maspee are currently paid to date . Selectman Mills indicates that a letter was received from Muriel Smith in regards to interest in the appointment . Selectman Vaccaro recommends the Board hold on the decision . The Board will see if Ms, Smith remains interested in the appointment so she may participate in the interview process. Committee Guidebook for Review: Selectman Vaccaro recommends the Board review the guidebook and discuss the review and acceptance when there is a full Board present . He indicates -it is a helpful tool for all Committees . Review of Town Meeting Warrants and Omnibus Budget : The Board d1scussed the bylaw request from Mr. McGonagle to restrict fishing activity from a boat within a fifty foot radius of pond front residents personal property. Town counsel has indicated the article is flawed and cannot be done. Attorney Reardon requests to obtain an advisory opinion from the Director of Fisheries and Wildlife, Selectman Mills and Mr. Darrington will meet with Jack Shepard on Tuesday to discuss an approach to protect Mr. McGonagle ' s concerns . *The Board is in agreement to not include this article -in the Annual Town Meeting Warrant .
