The Board will see if Ms, Smith remains interested in <br /> the appointment so she may participate in the interview process. <br /> Committee Guidebook for Review: <br /> Selectman Vaccaro recommends the Board review the guidebook <br /> and discuss the review and acceptance when there is a full Board <br /> present . He indicates -it is a helpful tool for all Committees . <br /> Review of Town Meeting Warrants and Omnibus Budget : <br /> The Board d1scussed the bylaw request from Mr. McGonagle to restrict <br /> fishing activity from a boat within a fifty foot radius of pond front <br /> residents personal property. <br /> Town counsel has indicated the article is flawed and cannot be done. <br /> Attorney Reardon requests to obtain an advisory opinion from the Director <br /> of Fisheries and Wildlife, <br /> Selectman Mills and Mr. Darrington will meet with Jack Shepard on <br /> Tuesday to discuss an approach to protect Mr. McGonagle ' s concerns . <br /> *The Board is in agreement to not include this article -in the Annual <br /> Town Meeting Warrant . <br />
