Selectman Vaccaro indicates <br /> the harbormaster lire item capital is not to exceed $8500. <br /> ****The notion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to execute the <br /> Annual Town Meeting Warrant , The motion was seconded by <br /> Selectman Mills , VOTE : Unanimous. - . <br /> 10 : 50 p.m. Board of Appeals Associate Member: <br /> *'***The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to appoint Jamie <br /> Regan as Associate member to the Zoning Board of Appeals . The <br /> motion was seconded by selectman Mills . VOTE : Unanimous. 3-0 . <br /> *Selectman Mills has recommended to contact the ZBA as t <br /> additional associate members. Mr. Mindick is well qualified . If <br /> additional members aro requested , we can vote him in . <br /> Fiscal Policy Report forApproval : <br /> Chang0s in the Fiscal Policy Report include the use of <br /> cranberry bog receipts as a source of revenue and the current <br /> debt schedule reports Mr, Harrington. <br /> Selectman Caffyn recommends to print the change and the last <br /> page of the report for the Board to review, It is not necessary <br /> to re-print the entire -report . <br /> Process for Acting Harbormaster AP ointment : <br /> The- Personnel Board has begun the screening process <br /> indicates Selectman Vaccaro, Recommendation will be made on <br /> April 2 , 1992 as to the finalists . It was suggested to bring the <br /> three finalists to the meeting of April 27 , 1992 . <br /> Selectman Dills relates that there is no point in bringing <br /> in the finalists unless the Board has a choice of the candidate <br /> selection. <br /> Selectman affyn suggests to establish perimeters with the <br /> Personnel. Board and discuss how they approa -ho'm'fhe tervie <br /> process. They view it as their job to select the finalist . <br /> Mr. Gordon relates that the Board should give serious <br /> thought to their goals as selectmen. The selectmen should set <br /> policy and be the voices for long term planning and management , <br /> ****The agreement of the Board is to bring in three or less <br /> candidates for the Harbormaster Appointment , The Board selects <br /> the candidate since they are the appointing body.
