Selectman Caffyn will Chair the <br /> discussion and execution. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicates that he has worked with NHP. <br /> The information to be signed has been reviewed by an attorney and <br /> is acceptable. He notes a typo in the letter to Ms. Shields. In <br /> the second paragraph, Mashpee should be capitalized . In the <br /> third paragraph last sentence , the correct word is favor. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicates that Sharon Gay of Bourne has <br /> been recommended to be the grant administrator. She will be paid <br /> by the office of NHP. <br /> ****The motion was' made by Selectman Vaccaro to execute the <br /> application of the Small Cities Grant . The motion was seconded <br /> by Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous . 3-0 . Selectman Jacobson <br /> did not vote on this subject . <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to authorize <br /> Selectman Caffyn to sign the document and letter to the Executive <br /> Office of Communities and Development . The motion was seconded <br /> by Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous . 3-0 . Selectman Jacobson <br /> • did not vote on this matter. <br /> Appointment of Greg Taylor as Ex-officio member : <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Greg <br /> Taylor as Ex-officio member to the School Building Committee. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> 4-0. <br /> Appointment of M. Coomey as Special Police Officer : <br /> Chief Frye has recommended to place no action on this <br /> appointment . He does not want to pursue this at the present <br /> time. <br /> Request of Chief Ridgeway: <br /> *The Board is in agreement to hold the minutes of March 23 , <br /> 1992 Executive Session at this time. Chief Ridgeway was present <br /> for the discussion in Executive Session and the Board has not <br /> reached a conclusion. <br /> Further review will be made of the minutes of March 23 , 1992 <br /> on Thursday, April 30 , 1992 at the next scheduled meeting of the <br /> Board . <br /> ***Town Counsel advises the Board to review the Executive Session <br /> from time to time. <br /> • <br />
