r F a BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINU'T'ES THURSDAY, MAY 7 # 1992 Present: Selectman Jacobson, Selectman Caffyn, Selectman Vaccaro, Selectman Lawrence, Selectman Mills Administrative Assistant Joyce Mason Guests : Deidre Greel,ish, Al Poli , Denise Sullivan , Ed Baker, George Costa, Diane R mm lmeyer, Robert DeLory,, Paul Ott, David Bailey, Attorney Reardon Meeting Called to Order : 4; 00 p,m. Town Counsel ' s Bill for review and approval : The Board reviewed Town Counsel ' s bill No, 104 for the period March 1 , 1992 through March 31, 1992 . Town Counsel was present for the review and discussion . With regards to Little Raver Boatya-rd , the State Fire Marshall ' s Office has granted the license for the Marine Fuel Permit , Town Counsel indicates the fuel storage involves a separate permit , All permits have now been. issued . Letters from Counsel of significant interest to the Board aro copied and seat to the Selectmen for reviews **The emotion was made by Selectman Mills to approve Bill No. 10for the period of March 1 , 1992 to March 31, 1992 from Town Counsel for the amount of $6,776 . 20 . The motion was seconded by Selectman Vaccaro, VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Employment Aqreement for review and approval : Selectman Jacobson has recommended to hold the approval of the Employment Agreement until Monday, May ll , 1992 , The Personnel Board is currently in review of the agreement, The recommendation to include an additional WHEREAS, the Board of Selectmen will be Considered the Chief Administrative -Officer ' s until such time the Executive secretary is hired . The Board is in agreement to include the amendment with further advisement from Town Counsel . Discussion relative to the Computer System: *The Board is in agreement to pursue the option of additional staff relative to the Computer System. The prior consultant will be contacted to return on a regular basis to work on the Computer mainframe system.
