It will allow us to duplicate to <br /> make Charges in our asisessment system* <br /> Mr. Bailey relates that this purchase has been put on hold <br /> for a year . The software is important to complete the F <br /> Revaluation. <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Caf `yn to approve the <br /> Software Purchase of $6,000 with 'the maintenance Cost of $500 per <br /> year for the Assessor ' s Department . The motion was seconded by <br /> Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Acceptance of Fuel Oil Bids : <br /> Mrs. Mason indicates that this- is a standard procedure to <br /> obtain fuel oil bids. The fuel oil will service the Town Hall <br /> and the Archives . The senior Center is convertin to gas . <br /> ****The snot ion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve the fuel. <br /> oil delivery from Marnane oil O. E. P. for a price of $0.0948 pe.r <br /> gallon. Number two fuel oil motor -transport delivery f r m <br /> Coastal Inc. for the sum of $0.0330 fixed price. The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Mills , VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 , <br /> Warrants for si nature : <br /> *The Board is in agreement to pay the bill. of $1910 to the <br /> University of New Haven for seminars held in Terrorism and Public <br /> Safety that were attended by the Fire Chief as part of his <br /> Master ' s Degree program. <br /> With concerns towards Mr, Harrin ton ' s vacation and <br /> Compensation time, the Personnel Board has related that he has <br /> 25 .75 days owed to him. <br /> Selectman Jacobson notes that he had 5-6 days off that was <br /> not recorded. Selectman Caffyn relates that during the three <br /> weeks she was acting Chairman, he was out eight days. His <br /> procedure for absenteeism was not followed , There is little <br /> record . <br /> selectman Ca fyn suggest to pay Mr, Harrington in one lump <br /> sun when the Correct figure is obtained. she also motes the Board <br /> did not legally vote to accept his resignation. <br />
