BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page MINUTES TH1 S DAY, MAY 7r 1992 Warrants for Signature The Board will week advisement from Town counsel to the contract agreement with the Executive Secretary and earned 41 compensation time. Mrs. Rom elmeyer suggested to pay Mr. Harrington for this week and rake the determination o f Monday with the advice of Counsel . By doing this , the payroll will be able to be processed, The Board is in agreement * Payment is currently being held to -the vendor for the time clocks installed in the school relates Mrs. Rommelr ,Byer. It was noted that the School committee has not submitted a response to the Board of this concern. In conversation with Dr. DeMoura , Selectman Jacobson relates that the School Department was looking towards the future and will have thirty-five employee ' s on the new time clocks. This will include the teacher aid ' s and eliminate the necessity to do the math. Selectman Jacobson recommends the Board approve payr ent . Selectman Caffyn indicates the amount for the time clocks i excessive and recommends to discuss this with the School Committee, ****The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to make payment to the vendor for the - time clocks installed in the schools . The motion was seconded by Selectman -Lawrence. VOTE: Favorable, -1. Selectman Caffyn is opposed . *Selectman Jacobson indicates the Board would like to- obtain a response from the. School committee with regards to the time clocks, Other Business/correspondence; *Agenda item: A letter was received from the Farley outdoor Education center indicates Selectman Mills . They have gated off an ancient way. There are places to secure the interior area without blocking Barkers Toad that gives access to the pond .
