yr 4 <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br /> MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, MAY 18r 1992 <br /> Discussion relative to Mr. Talanian re: Donna ' s Lane: <br /> Selectman Jacobson asked counsel if he has reviewed the <br /> information suh fitted by Mr. Talanian ' s attorney relative t <br /> Donna ' s Lane? <br /> Town Counsel indicates he has received information, but has <br /> not reviewed the material , He will not review the information <br /> until he is directed by the Board . <br /> It was noted that a recommendation has not been received <br /> from Field ' s Point relative to this concern. <br /> Selectman Dills recommends to indicate a date of response to <br /> Field ' s point relative to this discussion. The Board is in <br /> agreement to indicate the date of May 28 , 1992 to Field ' s point <br /> for response regarding Donna ' s Lane, This wi'l 1 be ars agenda item <br /> of discussion on June 1 , 1992 . <br /> *The Board is in agreement for Town ,counsel to review the <br /> response from Mr. Talanian. Selectman Jacobson relates that <br /> Mr. Talanian has rude a good faith effort to resolve the issue . <br /> Board of Health Vacant <br /> It was noted that the Board of Health members have <br /> recommended John Dohrety to fill the vacancy of George Costa . <br /> joint meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21 , 1992 for <br /> recommendation and approval . Selectman caffyn suggests to send a <br /> mento to Elias McQuaid relative to the appointment. <br /> d 'ournment <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to adjourn the <br /> Meeting at 9 :40 p.m. The motion was seconded by Selectman <br /> Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. - <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time to <br /> correct the minutes of May 11 , 1992 arta discuss the letter from <br /> the Labor council relative to Collective Bargaining. The Board <br /> will not resume in Open Sessiono <br /> Roll call Vote .
