Public Hear inRi-chardIs Pub - Amend Licensing Board <br /> Regulations <br /> *selectman Mills stepped down for this discussion. <br /> Mr. Halpern was present for the discussion. He requests the <br /> Board approve an amendment to the proposal . Mr. Halpern asks to <br /> delete the nine Friday ' s in July and August . <br /> Due to the lack of business , Mr. Halpern would like approval <br /> to be open for an extra hour on New Year ' s Eve only. Richard ' s <br /> Pub participated last year and indicates that it worked well in <br /> the establishment . No alcohol will be served after 1 : 0a .m. <br /> Patrons would be allowed to dance and be served breakfast for the <br /> additional hour. Patrons must leave the premises by ; 20 a .m. <br /> Chief Frye indicates that he does not oppose the additional <br /> hour as long as it is run the sane way as it was last year . He <br /> relates that no other establishments in Town participated last <br /> year . <br /> As an abutter, selectman Mills indicated that there was <br /> vandalism to her property last year. This was reported to the <br /> Police . <br /> Selectman Jacobson indicated her concern to the additional <br /> time for dancing. The reason was to serge food to the patrons <br /> before they went home. she asks Counsel how the entertainment <br /> license reads to allow dancing until 2 : 00 a .m, <br />
