It will be advantageous to the budget process. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicates that this committee should <br /> replace the Fiscal Policy Advisory Committee when the Master Plan <br /> has been implemented , The Board agrees . <br /> 9 :03 p.m Selectman Caffyn called for a five minute recess* <br /> .m.
