BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 7 MINUTES MONDAY, JUNE le 1992 8 : 13 p.m. Fire Chief re; Vehicle Use/Performance ante Evaluation: This item will be deferred until a later date. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: letter was received from the Baptiste Church with reference to a drainage problem. Mr. Taylor has contacted the Church regarding the repair of the drain. Selectman Vaccaro gave an update relative to the Computer System during the interim period . He called several colleges with this regard . Selectman Vaccaro talked ed wi th Personnel with reference to Digital Equipment Corporation. Te* may be able to locate a former employee who may have a summer home on the Cape to help us during the interim period, notes Selectman Vaccaro. A - memo was received from the Personnel Board regarding Water District Services informs Selectman Mills. Further Clarification will be received from the Personnel Board relative to the funding of positions. This will be further discussed on Thursday. Selectman Vaccaro indicated that the Partnership Task Force is not a Town committee . It is made up of citizens and is a fact finding type of committee . The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen to go forward to obtain quotes for Insurance. The notion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . The Motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen to go forward and obtain estimates for Town Counsel Services. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa'. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-00 It was noted that the Finance Committee is in review of procedures relative to how other town ' s manage their legal services . OLD BUSINESS: Donna ' s Lame : Town Counsel indicated that he will review the information relative to Donna ' s Lame. It was noted that there has been no response to date from Field ' s Point .
