Mrs. Mason indicates that there has been no response to date from AB , Town Counsel advises to inquire of the applicants intention of the use of the License . A Public Dearing would have to be scheduled to consider revoking the license. Mrs, Mason relates that Mr. Zammer has indicated that it i his intent to go forward with the facility. **The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to direct the Administrative Assistant to contact Cape Cod Restaurants of their intent with reference to the liquor license . The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa , VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . NEW BUSINESS : Police Department General Orders for acceptance *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to accept the Police Department General Orders as submitted . The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimo s . 5-0. CLAMS Contract for approval and execution: **The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the CLAMS contract for execution. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa, NOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . Selectman Jacobson and Selectman Costa have withdrawn their motion. The Board is in' agreement to hold the approval and execution until clarification is made in the term of the contract . The Library is to re-submit the contract with the correct date . Annual Pow Wow Application for approval : ***The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the Annual Pow Wow of the Mashpeo Wampanoaq Indian Tribal Council , . Inc, on July 3 . 4, and 5th from 10: 00 a .m. to 8 : 00 p.m. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. -0 . *Selectman Mills has abstained front voting.
