Does the applicant have to show us a lease? <br /> Mrs. Mason indicates that there has been no response to date <br /> from AB , <br /> Town Counsel advises to inquire of the applicants intention <br /> of the use of the License . A Public Dearing would have to be <br /> scheduled to consider revoking the license. <br /> Mrs, Mason relates that Mr. Zammer has indicated that it i <br /> his intent to go forward with the facility. <br /> **The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to direct the <br /> Administrative Assistant to contact Cape Cod Restaurants of their <br /> intent with reference to the liquor license . The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Costa , VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . <br /> NEW BUSINESS : <br /> Police Department General Orders for acceptance <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to accept the Police <br /> Department General Orders as submitted . The motion was seconded <br /> by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimo s . 5-0. <br /> CLAMS Contract for approval and execution: <br /> **The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the <br /> CLAMS contract for execution. The motion was seconded by <br /> Selectman Costa, NOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . <br /> Selectman Jacobson and Selectman Costa have withdrawn their <br /> motion. The Board is in' agreement to hold the approval and <br /> execution until clarification is made in the term of the <br /> contract . The Library is to re-submit the contract with the <br /> correct date . <br /> Annual Pow Wow Application for approval : <br /> ***The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the <br /> Annual Pow Wow of the Mashpeo Wampanoaq Indian Tribal Council , . <br /> Inc, on July 3 . 4, and 5th from 10: 00 a .m. to 8 : 00 p.m. The <br /> motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. -0 . <br /> *Selectman Mills has abstained front voting. <br />
