The motion was seconded by <br /> Selectman Mills , VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Discussion -relative to Im act vacation:. <br /> The Board reviewed the response from the Personnel Board and <br /> Ed Baker relative to Impact/vacation. <br /> The Board is in agreement that the recommendation from <br /> Mr. Baker ,is validb Selectman Vaccaro suggests to give the <br /> employee ' s a full year to use the accrued vacation time so it <br /> the . <br /> accrued <br /> not disrupt departments, <br /> Selectman Mills suggests to implement the policy for next <br /> year. The employee ' s are to use their accumulated vacation time <br /> or they will lose it . <br /> The Board is in agreement to 'agree with the Personnel Board <br /> as to the carry-over to be capped at five days . <br /> The agreement of the Board is to defer this item at this <br /> time. Town Counsel will review the employment contract as to the <br /> rights of an employee. He is reluctant to tele an employee to <br /> forfeit vacation time accrued . The exception may he creating a <br /> new rule . <br />
