1 <br /> t <br /> r <br /> • t l <br /> J <br /> BOARD of SELECTMEN Page 2 <br /> MINUTES <br /> T T RSDA , JUNE -11L 1992 <br /> Paving of DPW Lot : <br /> *Tho motion was rade by Selectman Jacobson to approve of <br /> Selectman Caffyn as Chief Procurement Officer to sign for repairs <br /> to the DPW Department . The motion was seconded by Selectman <br /> Mills , VOTE: Unanimous . 4-0. <br /> Permits/Peach Stickers : <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicated that the beach stickers have not <br /> been issued to date. A resident has recently paid for parking at <br /> South cape Beach when a .ran er instructed her to do so. We <br /> should inform the rangers of this concern. Stickers will be <br /> available at the end of the month. ��� � �rl�► � � <br /> Picwic : <br /> The Special Permit has been forwarded to ADCC indicates <br /> Mrs . Mason. We have not heard from ABCC to date, Mrs. Mason <br /> believes that they are aware that there is not 6 building on <br /> site. <br /> Sub-committee Appointment - Agenda Item: June 15, 1992 <br /> The Board is in agreement to appoint a sub-committee <br /> consisting of two Selectmen to meet with the Tribal Council with <br /> reference to licenses and regulations . It was noted that Doug <br /> Boyd has volunteered to be on the sub-committee. <br /> Multi-cultural Cann: <br /> Selectman Caffyn has met with Mrs. Dorothy Cash regarding <br /> volunteers and support for the proposed Multi-Cultural Camp, <br /> Dr DeMoura and Dean Driscoll have indicated that some of the <br /> facilities can be utilized. <br /> The notice of the camp will be seat home with the school <br /> children. Notice will be given to teachers for volunteer work. <br /> Area businesses will be notified for contributions of money and <br /> supplies . <br /> The camp will run for the month of July indicates Selectman <br /> a fyn. The cost is $10 .00 for the five day per week program. <br /> Children up to ten gears of age are eligible. Children between <br /> ten and sixteen will be asked to help out with the camp. It is a <br /> non-profit program. The reduced cost is available with parent <br /> participation. <br />
