ti r f` BOARD of SELECTMEN Page 9 MINUTES MONDAY, JUNE 15, 1992 i NEW BUSINESS : Appointment of Records Clerk: ***The notion was made by selectman Jacobson to appoint Beatrice Norton as part-tire Records clerk as recommended by the Personnel Board to be filled by July 1 , 1992 . The motion was seconded by selectman Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . *The Board is in agreement to obtain clarification from the personnel Board relative to how many floating clerks there are presently and if the position is funded . The recommendation was made to review the Town Meeting Article that created the position and to review information to substantiate that the position exists . i Appointment of Computer Advisory committee_ *The motion was made by Selectman costa to approve of the following to serve on the computer AdvisoryCommittee; Names Vaccaro, Dan Goggin, Deidre Greelish and Tom Pucci . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills , VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . . Selectman costa has recommended to approve of Janie Regan and spyro Mitro o tas for re-appointment to the Economic Development Committee . The Board concurs. List of Annual. ointments for your review: The Board reviewed the FY93 F93Reappointments . It was noted that advertisement has been made relative to the civil Defense. Any vacancies will be advertised . The Police Station Building Committee will be asked to complete committee actions this current fiscal year. The discussion of dredging will be a future agenda item. Selectman Jacobson suggests to follow through with the recommendation of sandwich special Police officers, School Building committee : If a School Committee liaison wishes to be a voting member, the proper procedure has to be followed . This includes a letter from the Chairman of the School
