r } r � y BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page MINUTES MONDAY, JUICE 15 , 199 Clarificationof Vacation/Impact *The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to adhere to the recommendation of Town Counsel , All PAP personnel will be informed that excess vacation time shall be taken in 1393 or it ill he lost. Employee 's will be notified in writing of this requirement and acknowledge receipt of this notification, Also to he included is the language of Article XLL of the PAP Plan, subparagraph Employee ' s can accumulate % of the vacation clays credited based on service in a prior fiscal year up to a maximum of ten days . vacation leave beyond that which can be accumulated will be lost if not taken inn the fiscal year which it is eredited . This language will be enforced . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills , VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . Russell Peters/Exchange of Land : Tom Fudala and Orin Evans were present to discuss the exchange of land . Mr. Fu kala indicates that there has not been a dump or other potential hazardous materials dumping location on the Peter ' s property . Evidence of dumping has been found on the Leary parcel of land indicates Mr . Fuda 1 a . He indicates that a 21E assessment is not necessary on reel . There is n need t stipulate testing in the purchase and sales agreement . Selectman Costa recommends for the Board of Health to submit a response in writing to the Board . Mr. Fudala also indicates that a recordable plan was completed In 1985 for Mr. Peters by William Warwick Association. To obtain a recent recordable plan and set 8 bounds will cost approximately $700 .00 . The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to authorize Town Counsel to perform a title examination on the Peters property and review the 7 . 1 wore tax taring. Town Counsel is then authorized to enter into a Purchase and sales Agreement with Russell Peters following the advice of Tom Fu kala . The Board also requests written response from the Board of Health relative to this parcel . The motion was seconded by selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 .
