If it is denied , the applicants will <br /> have to go through the wh.ole . application process. It took almost <br /> five months to get the seasonal license from ABCC, Inventory <br /> ill have to be removed by November 31 , 1992 . Mr. Garrett <br /> indicates that he was under the impression that advertisement was <br /> made for the license . <br /> Joyce Mason indicates that the license availability was not <br /> advertised by the Town. The application was submitted to the <br /> Selectmen ' s office on March 31 , 1992 . The time clock begins a <br /> this point . we should not have accepted the license application <br /> relates Mrs . She <br /> will review this matter on Tuesday with Assistant Town counsel . <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Mills to continue the <br /> Liquor License Discussion for one week for both applicants . Deer <br /> Crossing Market sell be notified Tuesday to be equally aware of <br /> the situation and to be present for the discussion next week. <br /> Selectman Mills requests clarification in waiting from Town <br /> Counsel and ABCC relative to this concern. The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE : Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Clarification of vacationIm act : <br /> A, letter from Torn counsel dated June 1 , 1992 indicated <br /> that it would be prudent - and appropriate to give employee ' s <br /> sufficient amount of time to ensure no disruption of services and <br /> to allow PAP personnel to plan their own lures to receive maximum <br /> coordination with other family members and the obvious benefits <br /> that are enjoyed by vacation. <br /> 'Iowa counsel also recommends in his letter to consider <br /> informing all PAP personnel that excess vacation time which has <br /> been carried forward into fiscal year 1993 be taken in fiscal <br /> year 1993 or it will be lost.
