The motion was seconded by selectman <br /> Mills. VOTE: Favorable . -1 . selectman Costa is opposed . <br /> Selectman Vaccaro stepped down for this discussion. <br /> *Selectman Vaccaro has returned to the Meeting. <br /> 7 : 45 p.m, C MMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> A memo was received from Deputy cooper on behalf of the <br /> Police Department to request � the vicinity of the Flea Market <br /> be designated as no parking areas and tow zones . <br /> Mr. Taylor indicates that as the bylaw reads, there is no <br /> parting on public rows .
