Based on the facts heard today, this should not effect the employment of Mrs. Mason and should be recorded in her personnel file as such. ***The motion was made- by Selectman Vaccaro to place a notation in Joyce Mason ' s file that this hearing had taken place and in no way will this hearing effect her job'. The motion was seconded b Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous. -o . *For the record , Selectman costa indicates that he does not think Selectman caffyn was advised correctly by counsel . Fishing Tournament : Auqust 29 and 30r 199 The Board is in agreement ent to schedule this discussion for Monday, June 2 , 1992 with reference to Regulations for the Boat Ramp, A Public Hearing will be scheduled regarding the fee schedule, parking and length of contract service to monitor the gate . illowbend Golf Tournament This will be scheduled on the Boardts agenda of Monday, June 22 , 199,2 to discuss the one day liquor license request for the non-profit organization looking to have alcohol available during the scheduled clam bake from 6 : 00 to ,m, 'down Counsel : ,' Selectman Caffyn related to the Board that Attorney Reardon ' s name has been submitted to become a District Judge. He has advised to retain the services of Leslie Morse The Board will review the. RFP relative to Town counsel Sevices when the new Executive Secretary has been hired . `*The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to send a letter to Attorney Reardon of this great honor to be nominated as District Judge. The snot ion ,was seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 , Board of Health re : Reserve Fund Transfer This will be a future item of discussion.
