Ilii! ■III■ - i iil <br /> Purchase of DPW Dump Truck: <br /> Mr. Taylor indicates the low bidder for the .Ford 18000 dump <br /> truck is Natick Auto Sales. The sander is to be purchased <br /> separately. The purchase will be rade through the Procurement <br /> Program notes Mr . Taylor. The estimated cost for the dump truck <br /> is $55 ,754 . <br /> The procurement process requires a signature from 'the <br /> Selectmen in a Letter of Intent relates Mr. Taylor. Funds are <br /> available as of July 1 , 19924 <br /> * *The motion was made by selectman Vaccaro to approve the <br /> Chairman of the Board of Selectmen ' s signature on the Letter of <br /> Intent. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. NOTE <br /> Unanimous . 4-0. Selectman Costa was not present for the vote. <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Selectman Caffyn made note of seven desks, chairs and file <br /> cabinets that have been recently acquired , She thanks Mr. Taylor <br /> for his efforts to pick exp the office equipment . electman <br /> of yn asks the Board Members to review the equipment that is <br /> located in the great room. <br /> to p.m, Selectman Caf yn related that Mr. Madded, Deidre <br /> Creelish and Richard Halpern met with reference to moorings, she <br /> is pleased to report that there is a computerized list of <br /> moorings by location. Payment is also indicated as well as a <br /> list o non-payment for moorings, She thanks these who helped <br /> with this effort . We now have a fairly comprehensive report of <br /> the mooring situation. <br /> Future Agenda Items : <br /> Barnstable Town Manager, save the Bay, Mashpee Selectmen and <br /> Waterways Commission.: Discussion relative to Popponesset spit <br /> South Cape Peach Advisory Committee : Discussion relative to <br /> settlement issue of properties - Great oak Road. <br /> Attorney Morse will research and make contact with the <br /> owners that present a significant problem. <br /> Selectman Caffyn suggests to obtain a reap to indicate the <br /> portion of incroachment and submit an explanation of nares and <br /> relationship to neap location, <br /> 8 :15 p.m. Selectman Costa is present for the Meeting. <br />
