The <br /> DPW Director will also be present for the discussion. <br /> Audit : The firm of Melanson/Greenwood is scheduled to begin <br /> the- audit on June 30, 1992 . selectman caffyn recommends they be <br /> contacted t discuss areas f special emphasis before start <br /> of the audit. <br /> Discussion relative to the outfall Tunnel ; Selectman <br /> Jacobson indicates that she is unable to attend the meeting <br /> scheduled for Wednesday,. Tune 24 , 1992 at 4: 00 p.m. at the Dennis <br /> Town Hall 'regarding this concern. <br /> Site visit : selectman caffyn and selectman Jacobson will <br /> visit Newburyport on Wednesday, This is the town where the <br /> candidate for Executive Secretary is now an administrator* <br /> Three companies ha submitted bids relative to Town <br /> Insurance, Selectman calf fyn will meet with Finance committee <br /> representative Dan Goggin to review the proposals. <br /> OLD BUSINESS : <br /> Cranberry Bo Irri ation PurchaseAgreement : <br /> Selectman Caffyn has recommended to hold this item until <br /> further information has been received from the conservation <br /> Commission and Les Greig. <br /> Review of May 1992 Special and Annual -Town Meeting- warrants : <br /> ***The motion was made by selectman Mills to take action on all <br /> things necessary that were voted on at the special and Annual <br /> Town Meetings. The motion was seconded by selectman Vaccaro. <br /> VOTE: Unanimou . 5-0 . <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> School committee : Member to the School Building Committee <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to appoint <br /> Elizabeth Petti to the School Building Committee, The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Mills .
